9 Effective Tips To Avoid/ Cure Acne


1Wash face many times as possible -

Washing the face regularly to get rid of makeup, dirt, dust and grime is very important to keep pimples at bay. Cleaning the skin helps remove dead skin cells and also frees the skin from contaminants that may aggravate the growth of pimples. 


  
2.Diet and rest

Pimples can be prevented by following a healthy and balanced diet. Reduce carbohydrates, sugar and dairy products and include more vegetables and fruits in the diet. Moreover, the importance of sleep should not be ignored. Take ample rest and ensure you do not over stress yourself.



3.Avoid day sleeping habit

Day sleeping will increase Kapha in your body. Which will slow down your metabolism as well as make your face oily. This will make you more prone to develop Acne.



4.Use besan + haldi+Honey

Apply mixture of Besan+ Turmeric+ Honey on face as a face pack & leave it for 15- 20 minutes then wash it off. This will make skin free from excess oily secretion & turmeric will act as natural antibacterial.


5.Plenty of green vegetables

An unhealthy diet has always been linked to acne. Eating green vegetable keeps your digestive power strong & it provides all essential nutrients to body which are essential for healthy skin.


6.Drink  3 to 4 litres of water Daily

Drinking water not only hydrates your skin but it eliminates all of the unhealthy toxins from your body. More efficient perspiration in addition to hydrating more often will also prevent acne. As you drink more water and perspire, sweat is cleaner and clearer, which will also help prevent pore blockage, oily skin, and acne breakouts.


7.Take minimum 8 hours sleep

Sleep should not be ignored. Take ample rest and ensure you do not over stress yourself.     
8.Exercise, morning walk or yoga

With the hectic lifestyle nowadays, stress levels are high, just 30 minutes of daily exercise  & Yoga is excellent for the health as well as the skin. As daily Yoga keeps hormone levels in balance and also releases toxins through sweat, it reduces the chances of pimples.


9.Avoid stress and tension

Staying calm and happy has actually been proven to help in acne. Acne often appears when someone becomes stressed out or worried about something and tends to spread faster in these circumstances as well. The best thing to do is to keep calm & do yoga to reduce stress.
