rather than other so, can be applied 2-3 times daily.
2. Aloe-Vera-

excellent choice in Ayurvedic treatment for
piles and very beneficial for those who suffer from constipation and other
digestion related issues. It contains antiseptic , anti-inflammatory,
rejuvenating, soothing, healing and laxative properties that get relief from
digestive track problems.
3. Shatavari -
Shatvari is one of the best Ayurvedic treatment for piles. It treats of stomach ulcers and gastrointestinal
disorders also. It is also used for reduces the internal hit and washing the
external wounds. Shatavari helps to protect the entire digestive system and

4. Daruharidra-
Daruharidra is a very effective natural herb that

9. Carrot-
Drinking carrot juice and eating raw carrots heals piles
fast. Also, you can mix spinach and carrot juice by adding 3 parts of carrots
and 1 part of spinach. This recipe helps

10. Garlic-
Garlic can be considered one of the best
herbal natural hemorrhoids remedies because of its antibacterial properties.
Apply the mixture of garlic, water and insert one peeled garlic clove directly into

AYURVEDIC APPROACHES-
1. Medication or bhaishajyachikitsa-
Medication can give temporarily relief from itching,
burning, pain and swelling caused by hemorrhoids. No other procedure is needed
unless hemorrhoids become severe. There are some medicines which may not be
suitable for your dosha, so should be follow your practitioner guidance.
2. Surgical intervention or Shastrachikitsa-
This procedure is a considered as minimally
invasive, it does have a risk. Surgical intervention could be dangerous for
people. This considered as a bleeding disorder and susceptible to infection, or
are on medications for heart conditions or blood thinning. So, consult a
licensed health care practitioner for advice.
3. Cauterization or agnikarma-
Cauterization is a method in which external
hemorrhoids can be treated by using infrared heat. This type of therapy might
require five to six treatments over the same number of weeks, so there is
potential for increased pain and infection.
